Today, Buster's Saloon is operated by Katt Kerns and her family.  They look forward to continuing the tradition of ice cold fishbowls and good food at Buster's for years to come! 

Buster and Alma  Hathaway opened Hathaway's Tavern in Sun City in 1946.  Nestled inside the northern boundaries of the Gypsum Hills, it was the first bar in the state of Kansas to have draft beer on tap.*  It's name migrated through the years from Hathaways' Tavern to Buster and Alma's to Buster's to Buster's Saloon.  The stories about the larger than Life, Buster and Alma, are part of the legend that flies around the saloon today.
